New Zealand Tourist Robbed in Pattaya by Ladyboy

Around 2am on the 17th of December a New Zealand tourist Mr. Bernard Griffiths aged 65 reported to Pattaya police that he had been drugged and robbed by a ladyboy a couple of days earlier whilst visiting Lucifers Disco in Walking Street

He told the police that he was approached by the ladyboy who persuaded him to accompany him to his bar in Walking Street. They had a few beers and then when the bill came he didn't have enough money on him to pay it. The ladyboy went with him to a nearby ATM. However he couldn't work the machine as it was in Thai and he couldn't change the language. He was having a bad night and his night was about to get worse. He gave the card and his pin number to the ladyboy who generously helped him to withdraw 10,000 Baht from the machine and they went back to Lucifers and imbibe a few more beers

He noticed at one stage the ladyboy shaking the beer bottles then he passed out. He now thinks that the ladyboy slipped a mickey into his drink rather than the normal someone slipping a mickey into the ladyboy

When he woke up after about 15 minutes he found a gold necklace worth 3,000NZ$, a gold ring worth 8,000NZ$ and 10,000 Baht in cash had dissapeared and so had his thieving ladyboy friend

The police took not of his tale, issued a police report and said they would watch out for a thieving ladyboy, name and description a bit blurry.

Mr. Griffiths thanked the officers in brown and went on his way clutching the precious police report probably hoping that his insurance company would finance his next trip to LOS - The land of scams
